Thanks Mom!
Today is my birthday in Korean time. Oh, my God. I'm getting old. Actually, when I was 21 years old, I thought I never got old. After that time, I hate and also like my birthday every time. And this time is very special. This is the first time to have my birthday without my family. Do you know that? In Korea, when people's birthday, they celebrate their birthday with their family and friens, and also thanks to their parents. So many people make MiyokGuk for their parents. MiyokGuk is a kind of soup which is made of seaweed and this one is good for detox. When women birth their baby, they have MiyokGuk for treat in Korea. This year I can't do it for my mother. 5 minutes ago, I called to my mother and told her thanks for birth me. I miss her very much. I hope to see her as soon as possible. And I want to thank to all of my friends. Thanks guys. This birthday is really special to me because of you.

Spring break?
I think spring break is very different between in Korea and US. In Korea, spring break season is usually end of fall semester on February. So students use this break for prepare next semester. Spring semester starts on March in Korea. When I heard about spring break in US, I felt strange. I came to Austin last August. During the fall semester there was no break and this is my first spring break in US. My American friend told me many students comeback their home or go travel during spring break. I think it is good for take a rest during semester. The time is after mid-term and it gives freshness. I also want to go somewhere but I'm so tired and it is good for take a relax and doing nothing. Maybe I'll watch the movies in my computer. Maybe I'll sleep all day long. Haha. Please, hang out with me. ^^;

Snow Falling on Cedars

Have you ever read this book? These days, I read this book in my reading class. When I saw this book first time, I didn't like it. That book looked thick and having many pages so it gave me a lot of pressure. For my last semester, I read a book about homicide and it was so much fun. I expected like that one but my reading teacher told us we need to read about giving something more than fun. That is why we chose "Snow Falling on Cedars". This book's story is very complicated. After World War 2nd, Japanese who lived in US against on racial prejudice. A Japanese man was accused by murder, and a white repoter figured out he's not guilty. Actually, start part of this book is really bored. So my friend recommended me to watch the movie first. The movie was interested. It helped me to understand about the story from the book. And Ethan Hawke was killing hot! kk. :) But! I recommend the movie to watch with your boyfriend/girlfriend. If you are a single, don't watch this movie alone. If you don't listen my advice, you will know my feeling when I saw that movie. ;)
